Bio

Tecola Robinson is a Los Angeles native and has always had a creative eye. She knew she would be artist of some sort at a young age.   Her mother prompted at a very early age to be thinking about what she wanted to be when she grew up.   She played with many options (all from the "artist" genre) , until one day,  Tecola drew a floor plan for a dream house, having never seen a blueprint, or floor plan before.   "You should be an architect" her mother exclaimed!

Tecola held on to the idea of being an architect,  and was excepted into the first art school she applied to straight out of high school,  and enrolled in their Environmental Design program in 2003.   She completed her Foundation courses of design school at Otis School of Art and Design.   She took a break after the first semester and returned to continue her education at Moorpark College in 2008, where she learned that she would be more interested in interiors, and completed Moorpark's Interior Design program.    Tecola then moved on to further her education and was accepted into Woodbury Universities, Interior Architecture program, where she completed her BFA 2014.
